NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) will hold a Special Board Meeting electronically on September 24, 2026 from 2PM - 4PM AKDT. The purpose of the meeting is to consider an audit, a contract, budget increase and resolution. During the meeting the Board may enter into an executive session for discussions related to the audit.
