NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) will hold a Special Board Meeting electronically on February 26, 2026 from 2:00-4:00PM AKST. The purpose of the meeting is to enter into an executive session for discussions related to an employee and strategic initiatives and consider a contract.
