Special Board Meeting September 24, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) will hold a Special Board Meeting electronically on September 24, 2026 from 2PM - 4PM AKDT. The purpose of the meeting is to consider an audit, a contract, budget increase and resolution. During the meeting the Board may enter into an executive session for discussions related to the audit. Possible action may also be taken following the executive session. For additional information, please call (907) 228-2281.
