The Southeast Alaska Power Agency is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide material, equipment, machinery, tools, labor, transportation and other means to clear, trim, and cut trees and brush along SEAPA's Swan-Tyee Intertie (STI) Transmission Line located along the northeast side of the Neets Bay area, which is located approximately 40 miles north of Ketchikan, Alaska. The Neets Bay area is only accessible by floatplane, helicopter, or boat. Bids are due March 9, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. AKDT.
