The Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) is accepting proposals to select a qualified safety consulting firm to provide safety and training services, develop and update the safety program as needed, and any other miscellaneous safety support services that may be necessary at SEAPA's remote Swan Lake and Tyee Lake Hydroelectric Projects. The Swan Lake Project is located approximately 22 air miles northeast of Ketchikan, Alaska on Revillagigedo Island and the Tyee Lake Hydroelectric Project is located approximately 40 air miles southeast of Wrangell, Alaska in Bradfield Canal. Proposals are due August 30, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. AKDT.
