The Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the material, equipment, machinery, tools, labor, transportation (including helicopter support) and other means to remove marker balls and existing hardware and install new Owner provided marker balls on the Eagle River, a/k/a Eagle Bay Crossing ("Eagle Crossing") of SEAPA's Tyee Transmission Line in Southeast Alaska. Eagle Crossing is adjacent to the Bradfield Canal, 33 air miles from Wrangell, Alaska. Bids are due by March 1, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Alaska Standard Time (AKST).
