SEAPA, Southeast Alaska Power Agency's member utilities are located in Southeastern Alaska in a remote area of the state providing hydroelectric power to Ketchikan, Petersburg and Wrangell.

Projects
Tyee Lake and Swan Lake Hydroelectric Projects and an Intertie project connecting three utilities in Southeast Alaska.

• Tyee Lake
  The Tyee Lake Hydroelectric Project is located in southeast Alaska approximately 40 miles southeast of the City of Wrangell
• Swan Lake
  The Swan Lake Hydroelectric Project located in the vicinity of Ketchikan, Alaska.
• Swan Tyee Intertie
  The Swan-Tyee Intertie is a 57 mile long 138-kilovolt transmission line in Southeast Alaska that will interconnect the electric system of Ketchikan to the Tyee Lake hydroelectric project.
